2. These terms and conditions relating to any competition are governed by English Law and the Courts of England will have sole jurisdiction. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
3. The web site is open to residents of the UK only. If you are not a resident of or are located outside of the UK you may not enter any of the competitions on this site. givemethekeys.com do not accept any liability for unlawful non-UK entries.
4. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
5. Each competition is limited to 1,000 entries. Once the number of valid entries reaches 1,000 or sooner, at the discretion of givemethekeys.com, the competition will be closed.
6. All entries that correctly match the answers to the multiple choice questions with those as set out by the organisers will progress to the next stage of the competition. An independent adjudicator will then review the correct entries and select a winner from those that correctly answered all questions.
7. If no entries were received with all questions answered correctly then the winner will be selected from those entries with the most correct answers.
8. The decision of the judges in all matters is final and absolute. No correspondence will be entered into. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
9. The winner will be notified in writing and by email within ten days of the draw date using the contact details entered at the time of entry. The name of the winner and their home town may be published on the givemethekeys.com website following the draw date.
10. givemethekeys.com is not liable for any licensing or insurance requirements that the winner may legally require in order to take advantage of the prize.
11. All entries are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 giving entrants the right to cancel their entry within 7 days of entering the competition. As a result all entries will be confirmed immediately but payments will only be processed after the 7 day cooling off period to give the customer the opportunity to change their mind. Should any entrant wish to cancel their entry please email us.
12. To claim the prize the winner will be required to send a legally certified copy of their passport and proof that the credit card used for payment to enter the competition was theirs. Once identity has been confirmed the prize will be ordered from the designated dealership.
13. The prize as described is available at the date of first publication. Should events occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of givemethekeys.com the company reserves the right to amend this promotion, including the substitution of a similar value prize, at any time or return in full the competition entry fee paid by each competitor. The competitor agrees that no liability shall be attached to givemethekeys.com as a result.
14. Entrants must be aged eighteen years or over.
15. Once the identity of the winner has been confirmed the order will be placed with an official UK dealership and must be collected by the winner within thirty days of being notified that the prize is available. If not collected within the thirty day time frame the prize will be forfeit and will revert to the promoter.
16. We reserve the right to cancel any competition, for any reason, before or after all or some of the entry tickets have been sold. If we do cancel a competition, we will return amounts paid to the participants of that competition.
17. All money paid to the company in respect of any competition will be held in a separate bank account to the operating funds of givemethekeys.com. This money will only be made available to the company once the competition has been declared closed.
18. No responsibility will be accepted for electronic, network, telecoms, systems, hardware or software faults, failures or omissions, or network availability, accessibility or congestion or failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions or the acts or omissions of any service provider or unauthorised human acts.
19. givemethekeys.com will not be held liable for any loss caused by our errors or negligence. We make no representations or warranties with regard to the services offered nor as to the quality, suitability or availability of the goods offered as prizes.
20. Although we make every effort to ensure that the givemethekeys.com website is always available, we cannot guarantee that access will be continual and error free and will not be held responsible for periods when the website is unavailable.
21. Incomplete or corrupted entries will be considered null and void. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The competition entry fee will only be charged once a competitor's entry is accepted.
22. The design and content of the givemethekeys.com website are wholly owned by givemethekeys.com and are protected by copyright. All intellectual property rights to all parts of the website are owned by givemethekeys.com.
